Store Policies

We warrant that each and every piece of Robert Lyn Nelson Art we ship to be in perfect condition unless disclosed to purchaser and the condition is accepted by the purchaser before shipping.  We will replace or refund the purchase price including the shipping fees on any defective Print, Giclee or Original Painting.  Damage by the delivering carrier will be the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim for the damage. Nelson Ocean Art cannot be responsible for any damage caused by the delivering carrier but will assist the purchaser in filing the claim for damage.
